Everything / Multigrain Bagel
Shredded Mozzarella / Italian Cheese
Tomato pasta sauce (any variant works)
Veggies per taste (can choose from bell peppers, onions, mushroom, sweet corn, olives, jalapeno)
Ingredients for seasoning:
Slice one bagel in half and layer it with cream cheese.
Take pasta sauce in tablespoon and coat on top of it.
Spread the veggies evenly on top of this and then add all the seasonings.
Add the shredded cheese on top and now bake this at 400 degrees for about 10-15 minutes until you see the top cheese turn a bit golden brown in color.
Serve hot as is or pair with some tomato ketchup on side.
