With such cold weather and love season around, it calls for some quick and easy sweet recipe.
4 cubes of chocolate (I used Lindt dark chocolate. You can use milk chocolate if you want it to be sweeter)
¼ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup butter
2 tbsp sugar (You can add more as per taste)
Pinch of baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla essence (optional)
Warm the chocolate and butter together so that it becomes liquid (Heat in microwave for 30 - 40 seconds)
Add all the other ingredients and heat for another two to three minutes in microwave and viola, your chocolate mug cake is ready!
Note: You might need to heat more due to cold weather. Check for texture and adjust timer to a few more seconds or a minute until you get cake like texture.
Variant: You can insert a big cube of chocolate inside the mixture for lava cake effect
