In the life, there will always be the moments when you feel lost and will have to discover how to recreate yourselves. If you encounter a major shift, such as quitting your work, losing a relationship, adapting to a bigger home, or loss of a loved one, this could happen. You can have to explore alternative ways of understanding or doing stuff, or risk striving to meet your maximum potential, if you really going through a big change in your life. You get three options whenever anything terrible happens. You could let it describe you, you could let it kill you, or you could just let it reinforce you.

"Towerfall Ascension" is a wonderful 4-player local mutiplayer battle game that I first discovered at a games convention in Paris in 2014 by sheer coincidence. And it's awesome.

Do you know our brain could concentrate on something continuously only for eight to 12 seconds? We all face this serious issue in our lives daily, that is to get distracted in the most important times. Our minds are tuned in a way that we spend almost every day adhering to the chaotic schedule and drifting along in the whims of unnecessary mobile phone contents. But all of a sudden, one day when we are asked to focus on something important such as to prepare for an exam, we struggle. Although we could counter this over time by getting busy loaded with work without any choice, we still would struggle. We must train our brain to get distracted constructively and the distraction too would be beneficial to us.

  • How to learn creativity and innovation in school

Today, the words "innovation" and "creativity" are commonly mentioned in postsecondary learning. How can we foster creativity and innovation within ourselves and in our lecturers? Reimers-Hild and King (2009) defined innovation elements as enjoyable, innovative, varied, cohesive, and spontaneous. Tiny actions toward this aim are best to go, so there must be encouragement and support. Risk taking, and even seeing defeat as "energy for innovation," can help foster this approach (Ryshke, 2012). When something doesn't work, we can grow from it, adapt it, and try again.

One of the things that I have found that I love about this school is the amazing resources that the Galvin Library has to offer. Many students may not know about the online workshops and research help that the library has to offer, and how helpful they can be.

The human mind and body are naturally inclined to eliminate toxins and there is no need for assistance in this particular task of our daily bodily functions. That being said, enhancing our body’s natural detoxification cycle now and then can lead to significant improvements in mood, mental stability, and overall happiness. When dealing with an overload of toxins in our minds, we tend to experience brain fog that hinders productivity, which in turn affects our mental health. As we go about detoxifying this brain fog, we experience a renewed, almost newfound sense of purpose, motivation, and focus that can propel a new shift in your life. Mental detox, if done right, has shown to even help with more serious problems such as addiction, anxiety, etc.
